Victor Kress has met heads of public organizations of invalids
The governor has listened to heads of public organizations of invalids, welfare funds. Following the results of conversation have been given commissions to study questions of creation in the Tomsk region Nursing homes where people with the limited possibilities could gather not only for physical examination, but also for a simple dialogue.
Besides, the question on the organization in Tomsk the rehabilitation centre for people with illness of Parkinson will be worked.
The transfer of children with the limited possibilities for training in usual schools instead of the correctional demands a thorough preparation and calculations. Such experience in Russia already exists, as positive, and not so positive. At some schools contemporaries as can sponsor unusual children, in others — on the contrary, they are intolerant. Victor Kress is assured that there are unjustifiedly a lot of correctional schools in area, and children-invalids should be involved in the usual life of society.
For this purpose it is necessary to make more, first of all, in respect of creation of a comfortable living environment for invalids. It is a question of arrangement by means of the operating companies of ramps in houses with lifts, about packing of a tactile tile in city streets for blind which could be guided in city space on a tile relief. Victor Kress has charged to solve the question with a premise for Alena Petrova’s fund because the absence of which rehabilitation programs for children sick of a blood cancer are now braked.
Slowly, but, on the instructions of Victor Kress, the turn on habitation for invalids-Afghans will move ahead. In two next years it is planned to find nearby 5 apartments.
The question on placing of orders for assemblage of simple case furniture at the Tomsk enterprise of the All-Russia society of the blind will be worked.
