Victor Kress has approved plans for development of the Tomsk house-building company (TDSK)
The governor of the Tomsk region during a working trip has familiarised with sizeable local plans of microdistrict «Solar valley» around the complex housing estate «Vostochny».
The Tomsk house-building company, despite crisis, with cruiser rates builds and enters new habitation of an economy class. By the end of the year the house along the street Siberian, 83 where within the limits of the federal program on maintenance with habitation, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the widow of the lost front-line soldiers will receive a new residence permit will be handed over. In total TDSK plans to construct 600 apartments for veterans, having spent on building more than a billion roubles. Victor Kress has ordered to provide a special system of health services, shops of step-by-step and price availability in veteran houses. For the fastest beginning of building of four more houses it was ordered to help TDSK to receive all allowing documents on building till September, 1st.
The governor has familiarised with optimisation of facilities in the new kindergarten of microdistrict «Solar valley». According to the European norms on the area in 7 thousand square metres it is possible to accept 800 children of preschool age. The new kindergarten will accept only 377 and that after optimisation of game, sleeping and educational facilities. The kindergarten has cost to the federal and regional budget in 160 million roubles and will receive the first children on September, 1st.
In October the regional, city power and TDSK will sign the new agreement on the private-state partnership which will allow to change east suburbs of Tomsk. Besides objects of a special economic zone, there will be a 50 meter pool and an aquapark, new roads and flyover, the inhabited skyscrapers which total area will exceed 1 million square meters.
General director of TDSK Alexander Shpeter, answering questions of journalists on, whether a utopia all it, has told that 5 years ago very few people could believe that the project «Solar valley» in general is possible. Today «the Solar valley» turns to one of the most comfortable microdistricts of the regional center with the developed social infrastructure.
The governor remained to be happy both with seen, and with plans for the future which are built by the company. According to the head of oblast, powerful jerk in rates and volumes of building of habitation is necessary for region and a leader of this jerk today is TDSK.
