Victor Kress has declared the beginning of a big campaign for the help to the regions which have suffered from drought
The governor of the Tomsk region during his working trip to Shegarsky region has declared necessity of the organisation of the urgent help to the regions which have suffered from drought in the central regions of Russia.
Toms citizens have possibility to prepare sizeable additional volumes of hay to bring it to the regions most suffered from drought. It will help to constrain falling of cattle volumes there where fodder is very poor.
Victor Kress predicts serious increase in the prices at grain, in this connection agriculture of the Tomsk region can feel again economic interest to such branch as plant growing.
To Shegarsky businessman Nikolay Kopachu who has a small cargo park, the governor has advised to organise hay delivery «from a Tomsk farmstead to farmsteads of Bashkiria, Tatarstan, Southern Ural Mountains». Probably that such interdomestic communications will soon receive financial support from the federal budget.
20 million roubles will allocate the regional budget for the termination in 2010 of repair of Shegarsky high school № 1. It will allow to start since new calendar year educational process at school.
Besides, Victor Kress promised the fast help to Alexander Endyshev and Jury Mitrofanov’s two country farms.
