The Tomsk governor has addressed to the court and Office of Public Prosecutor concerning charges to the population of the payment for the energy supply on common house needs
The governor of the Tomsk region Victor Kress has addressed to the chairman of Tomsk regional court Alexander Kajgorodov and the public prosecutor of the Tomsk region, the state adviser of justice 3 class Vasily Voikin in connection with the problem connected with charge to the population of the payment for the energy supply on common house needs.
In his appeal it is underlined that the infringement of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens by the actions of the power supplying organisations has affected various levels of population, it has a mass character and destabilizes social conditions.
With a view of protection of the rights and population legitimate interests, whose rights have been broken, there were prepared corresponding petitions of claim about the recognition as illegal actions of the power supplying organisations on charge of the payment for the energy supply on common house needs and its recalculation.
Considering the high social importance degree of the question, the governor has urged to provide protection of the broken rights and legitimate interests of inhabitants of the region within the limits of the active legislation.
