Tomsk governor Victor Kress and the governor of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region Jury Neyolov have signed the cooperation agreement
The parties have agreed to make an active interaction in trade and economic, scientific and technical, welfare spheres.
Besides it, the signing of the joint actions program is planned for the nearest four years.
The Yamal-Nenets autonomous region is one of the Russian leaders on stocks of hydrocarbons. The company "Gazprom" working in the district already actively uses the advanced Tomsk development. Innovative companies "EleSy" and «Micran», possessing the newest technologies for oil and gas extraction branch, are interested in a deepening of the bilaterial co-operation.
The Tomsk oblast is ready to offer innovative decisions and on other directions. So, for example, company "Elecard" is ready to conduct interaction in the field of creation of digital TV zones, and the Tomsk State Architectural-Building University and Scientific Research Institute of Introscopy are interested in co-operation on questions of energy saving in construction. For kindergardens and schools of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region Tomsk installation of water treating from microbiological pollution «AquaVallis» is offered.
Today Yamal-Nenets autonomous region suffers from deficiency of the highly skilled staff. The decision of this problem – educational and scientific resources of Tomsk universities which show the big interest to this co-operation.
Besides Tomsk oblast and Yamal-Nenets autonomous region have agreed to conduct a teamwork in the sphere of public health services, sports and culture.
