It was declared by the general director of state corporation "Rosnano" Anatoly Chubays in his interview to the newspaper "Vedomosty".

«The obvious applicant for the first place is Tomsk oblast where the governor builds already 10 years system, persistently, persistently innovative economy. He understands that in Tomsk there is the biggest percent of students among the population, there is a huge high school and scientific potential, and it has gone to this party long before innovations became the official slogan», - Anatoly Chubays noted.
