On Tuesday the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has handed over to the governor of Tomsk oblast Victor Kress the Order of Merits for the Fatherland III degree during the ceremony of delivery of the state awards in the Kremlin.
As it was informed earlier, the head of the state has signed the Decree about rewarding the Tomsk governor on the 16th of November.
