Congratulation of the governor and the speaker on the Day of the Russian Business

Already almost 20 years the words "business", "businessman", "market" are habitual for our country. All these years the support of business, small and average business, assistance in development of large business on the territory of Tomsk oblast were priority problems of regional authority. Also these problems not in words, but in practice were carried out. It is confirmed by the first places of Tomsk oblast in Russia and Siberia by quantity of small enterprises per capita, by the  volume of investments into a fixed capital of small enterprises and by many other parameters.

The Tomsk oblast three times - in 2004, 2005 and 2007 - was admitted to one of winners of competition "the Best region (subject) of the Russian Federation in the field of development of small business". Last year the region has been awarded with the prestigious premium of the Russian Commercial and Industrial Chamber "Gold Mercury" in a nomination "the Best region of the Russian Federation with optimum conditions for development of business".

Today the support of small and average business is discussed at the highest state level, are being prepared the changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation which will considerably facilitate business dealing. At the level of our region the list of only basic mechanisms of support of business includes more than ten directions: this subsidizing of the interest rate under bank credits, contracts of leasing, franchising, the contracts of technological connection; guarantees of the regional budget.

Since 2006 in Tomsk regional competition of enterprise projects "Business-start" the winners of which receive grants up to 500 thousand roubles is carried out. To increase the status of enterprise activity competition "Leaders of Tomsk business", and also a nomination "the Businessman of the year" is annually carried out within the framework of competition "the Person of the year".

Executive and legislative power also will do henceforth all depending from them that the Tomsk oblast keep the leading positions in the country and the Siberian federal district, the rank of the best for business dealing region.
