The work completion deadline is the end of 2011. This date has been sounded during an out meeting on creating special economic zone of technical-innovative type "Tomsk" carried out by the governor of Tomsk region Victor Kress.
The governor Victor Kress made a request to Vladimir Putin, the prime minister of Russia, to speed up the process of getting agreement on «INO Tomsk΄2020» project with the federal government.
According to the instruction of the governor Victor Kress the program «Social adaptation of leavers of educational institutions for children-orphans and children without parental support» is accepted for 2012-2014 in Tomsk region. The volume of the program financing will make about 15,5 million roubles of the regional budget.
Within the visit framework of the state corporation "Rosatom" delegation to Tomsk region Victor Kress and Sergey Kirienko have signed the certificate of the meeting concerning cooperation extend between the state corporation and the region administration.
Today the general director of the state corporation "Rosatom" Sergey Kirienko arrived to Tomsk with a working visit. The visit purpose is to discuss questions of cooperation extend between Tomsk region and "Rosatom", including research design works, professional training for nuclear branch and giving rise to new plants on the territory of Seversk.
