The governor of the Tomsk region has taken part in the opening after repair of a building of the Urtamsky correctional boarding school. At this school study more than 80 children, all work in a part-time farm, get wages, go in for sports and win the international competitions.

Yesterday in Moscow the first constituent session of «Association of innovative regions of Russia» on which were present head of the Office of the RF President Sergey Naryshkin, the assistant to the president of the Russian Federation Arcady Dvorkovich, the head «ROSNANO» Anatoly Chubays, the rector of the Russian academy of national economy and public service has taken place at the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Mau, the general director of «the Russian Venture Company» Igor Agamirzjan, heads 8 of the regions entering into association, — Tomsk, Irkutsk, Kaluga, Novosibirsk regions, Krasnoyarsk and Perm edges, Tatarstan and Mordovia.

«Rostelecom» and the administration of the Tomsk region have concluded the cooperation agreement within the limits of creation of a regional segment of the electronic government. The document have been signed by the governor of the Tomsk region Victor Kress and the vice-president — the director of the Siberian branch of Open Society «Rostelecom» Roman Kravtsov.
