The president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has signed the order "About the confirmation of structure of delegation of the Russian Federation for participation in the Congress of local and regional authorities of the Council of Europe in 2008-2010", informed on Friday the agency "Interfax" referring to the press-service of the Kremlin.
Yesterday, on the 14th of May, in Moscow the governor of Tomsk oblast Victor Kress has lead presentation of Tomsk region in the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia.
