Viktor Kress held Council of territories and opened summer village sports games
The governor began Council of territories with the participation of all heads of all municipalities of oblast with CC «Dubrovskoe», where everybody could get acquainted with new technologies of raising reproductive potential of milch flock. The pace of building a new school sports hall in Dubrovka was revised as well. Viktor Kress set the task to prepare the sports hall to the beginning of a school year.

Today the participants of Civil League of Tomsk oblast, including famous Tomsk politicians, entrepreneurs, representatives of scientific and pedagogical community discussed the problems of the interaction of the authority, business and society in the realization of the national educational initiative «Our new school». The governor Viktor Kress delivered the main report to the participants of the session.
